ANMF is currently negotiating the Ramsay Victorian Nurses and Midwives Enterprise Agreement. This will determine the wages and conditions for Ramsay Victorian Nurses and Midwives until at least 2027. The current agreement will expire on 30 September 2025.
ANMF Ramsay members are seeking increased wages and allowances and improved entitlements consistent with the recent public sector outcome and safer staffing.
Ramsay members are encouraged to update their membership details.
