Aims

To promote the recognition of nurses working in research over a wide variety of settings, roles and functions and to raise the public and professional profile of nurses in research.

Objectives

  • To provide an environment in which research nurses can network, exchange ideas, seek information, provide education and investigate issues of concern.
  • To provide a united voice for research nurses.
  • Encouragement and provision of an avenue for personal and professional communication between research nurses in Victoria.

Meetings

Annual Education Dinner meetings are held in the middle of the year, and our Professional Development Day is held in Sept/Oct. These are not only great educational opportunities, but are also a great forum for networking and encouraging peer discussion.
