Friday 21 November | 6 hours CPD
Hear from healthcare professionals and industry experts who are driving positive change in workplace safety. The ANMF OHS conference is a fantastic opportunity to connect with likeminded nurses, midwives and carers and be informed about new strategies and solutions.
This conference will provide you with the tools and insights to drive positive change, reduce risks and build a culture of safety and wellbeing in healthcare.
Learn new strategies for fostering open and clear communication to ensure your concerns are heard and addressed.
Examine the challenges of adapting to workplace changes, from physical space adjustments to shifts in operations, culture and social dynamics. We’ll also tackle strategies for mitigating psychosocial impacts, focusing on emotional and mental wellbeing.
A highlight will be promoting diversity and inclusion, breaking down cultural barriers, and creating workplaces where employees feel empowered to speak up about OHS issues.
Plus, you’ll gain a solid understanding of workers’ rights through both the OHS Act and the Fair Work Act.
