Australian Nurses and Midwives Conference

Save the date – ANMC returns in 2023 on Thursday 14 and Friday 15 September

This intensive program runs across two days and features a range of international, interstate and Victorian speakers exploring professional and clinical issues and innovations in nursing, midwifery, mental health and aged care. Nursing and midwifery clinicians, researchers, academics and leaders will present on a range of contemporary professional issues and clinical practice innovations.

Design your own conference experience, selecting from concurrent session streams covering areas across:

  • Nursing
  • Midwifery;
  • Mental health nursing;
  • Alcohol and other drugs (AOD);
  • Occupational health and safety; and
  • Aged care

We encourage nurses, midwives and other health professionals to submit an abstract for consideration as either a keynote or concurrent presentation at the 2023 conference.

Please note: due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, changes may take place to the format of the conference. ANMF may be required to alter or change conference plans at short notice – which could mean either a reduced or limited physical conference, or a digital conference – depending on Government advice leading up to your conference. Registration options may alter based on any changes, with options communicated directly to registered attendees.

Refund policy:

By registering for this conference, you are agreeing to the ANMF (Vic Branch) refund policy:

(a) 10% administrative fee levied on all participants who cancel

(b) 14 days or more notification - full refund (i.e. 90%)

(c) seven days or more notification - 70% refund

(d) less than seven days notification - 25% refund

Don't forget! Costs involved in attending the conference can be tax deductible, including conference registration, accommodation, transport and meals.

Yes, this conference is catered. Please ensure you list your dietary requirement/s on your registration form once registration opens so we can endeavour as much as reasonably practicable to cater for the requirement/s.
