Q&A with NMHPV for Maternity Services Workforce

As a vital member of Victoria’s maternity services workforce, you are invited to join a 45-minute online Q&A with Nursing and Midwifery Health Program Victoria (NMHPV) at any of the following times:

Tuesday 15th June: 11.00am & 7.00pm

Wednesday 16th June: 11.00am & 7.00pm

Thursday 17th June: 11.00am & 7.00pm

Friday 18th June: 11.00am & 7.00pm

These forums will provide any midwife or nurse working in maternity services with a safe and supportive place to recognise and share the challenges you are currently facing and to:

  • link you with others with identical experiences
  • promote your strengths
  • identify your health and wellbeing needs
  • be introduced to helpful tools and strategies to promote your health and wellbeing.

The NMHPV team will facilitate the forum. The team includes a registered midwife with extensive experience, who provides counselling support to midwives and nurses.

The Nursing and Midwifery Health Program Victoria (NMHPV) is an independent support service for nurses, midwives and students of nursing and midwifery experiencing health issues related to their mental health, substance use concerns or any issue you need support for. NMHPV provide sensitive and compassionate screening, assessment, referrals, individual support sessions and groups for those seeking help to manage health concerns.
