Graduate nurse refresher program
This four-day in-person program has been designed to boost work-ready confidence for nurses and dual midwife/nurses who graduated in 2025.
This program has been mapped to the 10 National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards and has had industry consultation approval to ensure all 2026 nursing/midwifery graduates will be equipped with the required professionalism to deliver safe and effective nursing care in the future.
Places are limited.

Graduate mental health nurse refresher
This two-day interactive program is designed to:
- explore mental state examinations in a practical, easy-to-understand way
- build your knowledge of risk assessments and how to complete them effectively
- develop your ability to talk confidently with clients and know what to do with the information they share
- strengthen your skills in interviewing, assessing, documenting and handing over safely and professionally
- understand the Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022 principles, including the most important sections.
By the end of this program, you will feel more confident and capable working in the mental health space, with practical tools you can take straight back into your workplace.
