Retain. Recruit. Rebuild.

Retain. Recruit. Rebuild.

EBA #8

The Victorian public sector nurses and midwives enterprise agreement determines your wages, allowances, working conditions and entitlements. The current agreement expires on 30 April 2024. Negotiations for a new agreement, based on your log of claims began at the end of October 2023.

ANMF will keep members informed via EBA campaign updates. Not receiving our emails? Update your details on the member portal or you may need to re-subscribe.

Not an ANMF member? We invite you to join your union and our campaign.

To retain, recruit and rebuild our public sector nursing and midwifery workforce we must have an enterprise agreement that values and rewards nurses and midwives, improves our wages, conditions and entitlements and focuses on safety and gender equality in the workplace.
