ANMF is negotiating wages and conditions for members employed at Churches of Christ facilities.
ANMF Churches of Christ members are seeking increased wages and allowances and improved entitlements consistent with Victorian aged care industry standards.
The current enterprise agreement expired in 2020. Churches of Christ has spent the last four years stalling and delaying negotiations for a new agreement.
Their mediocre wages are falling behind, and their working conditions are significantly out of date compared with the majority of the Victorian aged care sector. Enough is enough.
Churches of Christ members are encouraged to update their membership details.
