The mental health agreement, the Victorian Public Mental Health Services Enterprise Agreement 2012-2016 expired on 31 March. After 125 days of protected industrial action and 43 negotiating meetings a statewide members meeting endorsed a proposed settlement, subjected to Victorian Government approval, on Wednesday 21 September 2016.
The Victorian Public Mental Health Services Enterprise Agreement 2016-2020 became operational on 27 April 2017.
The Victorian Institute of Forensicare Mental Health Enterprise Agreement 2016-2020 became operational on 4 September 2017.
