Workplace bullying is a significant psychological hazard and a risk to the health and safety of many nurses, midwives and carers and it should not be tolerated in any workplace. Everyone has a responsibility to ensure that bullying does not occur. Efforts should be made to create a workplace environment where there are good management practices, effective communication and where everyone is expected to work and behave professionally and treat each other with tolerance, dignity and respect.
The program for this seminar has been completely revised for 2014, with expert presenters.
The Prevention of Workplace Bullying Seminar cannot resolve specific grievances related to workplace bullying and harassment. If you are experiencing workplace bullying and harassment please contact your ANMF Organiser directly.
A letter of confirmation will be emailed to the email address you provide in your registration.
Attending the seminar will attract up to 6 hrs of CPD required by the NMBA for registration renewal.
Register quickly to avoid disappointment as the 2013 Prevention of Workplace Bullying Seminar filled up very quickly and a number of people missed out.
