Certificate IV in training and assessment (TAE40116) – upgrade

Do you already hold TAE40110?

Upgrade to meet the new requirements by 1 July 2019:

  • upgrade to the latest TAE40116 qualification; or
  • achieve the minimum standards by enrolling into the standalone units you need

To meet the new minimum standards and continue in your role after 1 July 2019, you must hold both these units:

  • Design and develop assessment tools (TAEASS502); and
  • Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills (TAELLN411)

If you have completed these as electives in your TAE40110, you do not need to take further action to achieve the new minimum standards. But you may still choose to upgrade to hold the latest qualification (TAE40116) through credit transfer, RPL and gap training.

Find out what units you need to complete in order to meet the new requirements. Our short courses are taught through a blended delivery mode (face to face workshops, online learning and independent study).
