The ANMF (Vic Branch) Diary App

For Apple and Android devices

A new version of the ANMF (Vic Branch) Diary App is available for members to download.

Version 2.2.2 has a range of new features developed in response to member feedback, including:

  • create your own shifts, with more colours and icons to use
  • select Monday or Sunday as the start of your work week
  • add unlimited notes to your calendar shifts
  • easier event registration and enhanced user experience
  • new digital membership card and geo-location services so members can login and register for events from the app
  • available for iOS from the Apple App Store now, with Android in production and available from the Google Play store soon.

Android users and members using the earlier version of the app enjoy:

  • a diary and shift planner
  • an educational dosage calculator
  • access to ANMF (Vic Branch) nursing and midwifery news and events
  • a direct link to the ANMF (Vic Branch) occupational violence and aggression reporting system.

The Diary App is designed for nurses, midwives and personal care workers. Only members can access the shift planer which integrates with your personal phone calendar. All Victorian public holidays and school holidays are included and you can access the latest ANMF news, education and training opportunities.

The ANMF Vic Branch Diary App launched in November 2015 with subsequent updates and an Android release in 2016.

Melbourne-based digital firm Wave Digital designed the ANMF Diary App according to the ANMF's specifications after member requests to move to a digital version of the biennial printed diary. Financial ANMF members can access the full capabilities of the app free from the iTunes App store and the Google Play store, with the dosage calculator available publicly to anyone who wants to download it. Set up a Gmail account.
