Are you a passionate Job Rep or member who is willing to learn and take on the dynamic role of Industrial Relations Organiser?
An ANMF (Vic Branch) Organiser provides individual and/or collective industrial, professional and occupational health and safety assistance to members.
Working as part of a team, you would participate and promote campaigns and activities designed to improve the services and conditions of ANMF members in the regions workplaces. An orientation program of up to four weeks will be provided.
We are seeking expressions of interest from our members and/or Job Reps who may completed Job Rep training or are active in supporting our campaigns.
We represent the professional and industrial interests of more than 78,000 members across Victoria. We aim to empower nurses and midwives to maximise their influence of their profession, their working environment, the health care system and the broader community.
Salary: Industrial Organiser Year 1, $92,675 full-time per annum (plus 14.5% superannuation)
